Echo: Two States Encourage Safer Driving With New Effort

All drivers should brush up on their safe driving skills, or expect a ticket when driving through Indiana or Washington over the next month.

In Indiana, troopers will be looking for unsafe lane changes, following too closely, failure to yield the right of way and aggressive driving through June 8.

In Washington next week only, troopers will actually ride along with truckers to look for cars or trucks speeding and aggressive driving. When they spot someone, they will radio to another officer to stop the vehicle.
